Child Safety Standards

Last updated: April 12, 2026

CODEZYAI Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ZetPin mobile application (the "App"). ZetPin is committed to protecting children from all forms of sexual abuse and exploitation. This document sets out the standards, safeguards, and reporting mechanisms we apply to prevent, detect, and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), on our platform.

Zero tolerance. ZetPin has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any conduct that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors. Any account found engaging in such activity is permanently banned, and the content and account information are reported to the appropriate authorities.

1. Scope and Commitment

These standards apply to all content, communications, and conduct on ZetPin, including questions, answers, community posts, stories, comments, profile information, direct messages, voice messages, voice and video calls, and any other user-generated content or interactions on the platform.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations against child sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 (India), the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and its amendments, the United States Code Title 18 §§ 2251–2258 governing CSAM, and the obligations of online platforms under applicable regional child protection frameworks.

2. Minimum Age Requirement

ZetPin is not intended for, and is not directed at, children under the age of 13. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App. Where local law requires a higher minimum age for online services or for parental consent, that higher age applies.

If we become aware that an account is held by a person under the minimum age, we will suspend and remove the account and delete associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on ZetPin and will result in immediate removal, account termination, and reporting to authorities where required by law:

  • Any image, video, audio, text, or other content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor, including computer-generated, AI-generated, or animated depictions
  • Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexual activity, including through messaging, calls, or community features
  • Sharing, requesting, or distributing sexualized content involving minors
  • Sexualized commentary on minors, or content that normalizes, promotes, or glorifies the sexual abuse of minors
  • Trafficking, sale, or exploitation of minors in any form
  • Live-streaming or recording the abuse of a minor
  • Doxxing, stalking, or facilitating physical contact with a minor for an inappropriate purpose

4. In-App Reporting

ZetPin provides built-in reporting tools so that any user can quickly flag content, accounts, or messages that may violate our child safety standards. Reports can be made directly from:

  • Any question, answer, community post, story, or comment
  • Any user profile
  • Any direct message or call

When submitting a report, users can select "Child safety" or "Child sexual abuse or exploitation" as the reason. Reports involving suspected CSAE are routed with the highest priority to our trust and safety team for immediate review.

5. Response Process

When a report involving suspected CSAE is received, or when our systems or moderators detect such content:

  • The reported content is removed from public view immediately, pending review
  • The associated account is suspended pending investigation
  • Our trust and safety team conducts a manual review
  • If the content is confirmed as CSAM or related exploitation, the account is permanently banned, the content is preserved as required by law, and the matter is reported to the relevant authorities (see Section 6)
  • Where a child is believed to be in immediate danger, we cooperate with law enforcement on an expedited basis

6. Reporting to Authorities

We comply with mandatory reporting obligations under applicable law. Confirmed instances of CSAM and related offenses are reported to:

  • India: The National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) operated by the Ministry of Home Affairs, and to local law enforcement as required under the POCSO Act and the Information Technology Act
  • United States and globally: The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org), in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, where applicable
  • Other jurisdictions: The relevant national hotline, child protection authority, or law enforcement agency in the country of the user or the victim

We preserve evidence (including content, metadata, and account information) in accordance with applicable legal requirements to support investigations.

7. Detection and Moderation

To proactively prevent CSAE on the platform we apply a combination of measures, including:

  • Human moderation of reported content by our trust and safety team
  • Automated content checks on uploaded media at the time of upload
  • Phone-based account verification (OTP) at sign-up, which adds friction for bad actors
  • Restrictions on direct messaging and call features between users who are not connected, including message-request gating
  • Account-level rate limits and abuse detection on rapid friend, follow, or message requests
  • Banning of devices, phone numbers, and accounts associated with confirmed violations

8. User Education and Safety Tools

We provide users, particularly younger users and parents, with the following safety tools:

  • Block and mute controls on every user profile
  • Privacy controls that allow users to limit who can find them, message them, view their location, or see when they are online
  • The ability to make a profile private and to require approval before another user can follow them
  • The ability to delete their own content and their account at any time
  • In-app reminders about safe behavior and reporting tools when relevant features are used

9. Staff Training and Confidentiality

Our trust and safety personnel are trained on child safety, CSAE detection, evidence preservation, and the legal obligations applicable to our platform. Reports and investigations are handled confidentially. Reporters are not exposed to retaliation by the reported party.

10. Designated Point of Contact

The designated point of contact for matters relating to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) prevention practices and compliance is:

Trust & Safety, ZetPin
CODEZYAI Private Limited
Email: rafi@codezyai.com
Secondary: support@zetpin.com

This contact is monitored and is able to discuss our CSAM prevention practices and compliance with regulators, platforms, and child protection authorities.

11. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and child protection bodies in response to lawful requests, court orders, and emergency disclosure requests where there is a credible risk of imminent harm to a child. We preserve relevant data in accordance with applicable legal preservation requirements.

12. Updates to These Standards

We review these Child Safety Standards regularly and update them when our practices, applicable laws, or platform features change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website.

13. Reporting to Us Outside the App

If for any reason you cannot use the in-app reporting tools, you can contact us directly at rafi@codezyai.com. Please include as much detail as possible (account name, content URL or screenshot, date and time, and the nature of the concern). Reports relating to suspected CSAE are prioritized.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then report to us so that we can take action on the platform.
