Is ZetPin free?
Yes. Downloading ZetPin and using the community feed, Q&A, and messaging is free. Service providers can list for free too; optional business features are paid.
How do bookings work?
Browse nearby providers, view their services, ratings and reviews, pick a time, and request a booking. You'll get updates and can chat or call the provider in-app.
How does ZetPin use my location?
ZetPin is hyperlocal, so it uses your approximate location to show nearby providers, questions, and posts. You control location permissions, and precise location is never shared publicly.
How do I become a service provider?
Open the app, go to your profile, and tap “Become a provider.” Add your category, services, and service area, and you'll start appearing to neighbors searching nearby.
Is ZetPin safe?
We combine reviews, karma, reporting tools, and active moderation to keep neighborhoods trustworthy. You can report or block anyone, and we act on child-safety concerns immediately.
Which cities is ZetPin available in?
ZetPin works anywhere in India — it's built around your neighborhood, so it becomes more useful as more neighbors nearby join.
