CODEZYAI Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ZetPin mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use ZetPin.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your phone number for authentication via OTP (one-time password). You may optionally provide your name, profile photo, and bio.

Location Data: We collect your precise location (GPS) to provide location-based features such as nearby questions, service providers, community posts, and Spark notifications. Location is only collected when the app is in use and you have granted permission.

User Content: We store content you create, including questions, answers, community posts, comments, stories, reviews, and messages you send to other users.

Media: Photos and images you upload for posts, stories, or your profile.

Usage Data: We collect device information, app interactions, and crash reports to improve the app experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the App's features
• To authenticate your identity via phone number and OTP
• To show you relevant nearby content based on your location
• To enable communication between users (messaging, comments)
• To send push notifications about activity relevant to you
• To maintain safety and security of the platform

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ZetPin:

• Firebase (Google): Push notifications and analytics
• Twilio: SMS delivery for OTP verification
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud hosting and file storage (S3)
• Cloudinary: Image processing and delivery

These services may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following cases:

• With other users as part of the App's features (e.g., your public posts, profile name, and avatar are visible to other users)
• With service providers who help us operate the App (as listed above)
• When required by law or to protect the safety of our users

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Amazon Web Services. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Stories are automatically deleted after 24 hours. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

• Opt out of push notifications via device settings
• Revoke location permission via device settings

8. Children's Privacy

ZetPin is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or by other means.
