Welcome to ZetPin. By using the ZetPin mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ZetPin, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZetPin. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on ZetPin. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App and for promotional purposes.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Is defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Impersonates any person or entity

5. Community Guidelines

ZetPin is a community platform. We expect users to treat each other with respect. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.

6. Service Providers

ZetPin connects you with local service providers. We do not employ these providers and are not responsible for the quality of their services. Any transactions between you and service providers are solely between you and them.

7. Location Services

ZetPin uses your location to provide nearby content. You can control location access through your device settings. Some features may not work without location permission.

8. Intellectual Property

The ZetPin app, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by CODEZYAI Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZetPin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CODEZYAI Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ZetPin.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kerala, India.
